Eden Prairie, MN (June 21, 2016) – The Eagan City Council has formally approved the Minnesota Vikings plan to move the team headquarters and training facility to a 200-acre site located off I-494 at the intersection of Dodd Road and Lone Oak Parkway.
Coming on a unanimous vote, the City Council changed the land-use designation of the site from Major Office to Mixed Use, allowing the team to pursue an overall development that includes offices, retail, residential, hospitality and a conference center and uses the Vikings headquarters and practice facility as a development anchor.
