We are through one quarter of play at U.S. Bank Stadium, and the Minnesota Vikings have looked absolutely awful, and as a result find themselves down to the Denver Broncos by a score of 10-0.
The Vikings won the coin toss and deferred to the second half, giving the Broncos the first crack at the football. The Broncos got a couple of big plays, most notably a 31-yard pass from Brandon Allen to Noah Fant to move the ball into Minnesota territory. Eventually, the Broncos had to settle for a 47-yard field goal from Brandon McManus, and they took a 3-0 lead early.
