“Here we go again.”
This was the thought running through 99 percent of those engulfed in what is known as the Minnesota Vikings’ fanbase after the New Orleans Saints took a 24-23 lead with 25 seconds remaining in Sunday’s NFC divisional round matchup.
The Vikings had allowed the Saints to come back from a 17-point deficit and the Minnesota’s old playoff ghosts appeared to have taken control of the franchise’s postseason fate once again.

But these ghosts had never dealt with the magic of Case Keenum. The Vikings quarterback delivered a knockout punch to the team’s normal postseason formula when he chucked a ball 35-yards downfield into the hands of Minnesota receiver Stefon Diggs.
