Oops, he did it again!
For the second consecutive week, Minnesota Vikings’ running back Dalvin Cook has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week following his outstanding performance in the Vikings’ 34-20 victory over the Detroit Lions in Week 9.
This past Sunday, Cook put up a career-high 206 yards rushing on 22 carries and got into the end zone twice, including a spectacular 70-yard run that iced the game for the purple. He also added 46 yards on two receptions.
The award makes Cook the first player to win back-to-back NFC Offensive Player of the Week Awards since Todd Gurley did so for the Los Angeles Rams in 2017.
