If you, like the overwhelming majority of us, will be watching the Minnesota Vikings from the comfort of your couch rather than at U.S. Bank Stadium, we’ve got a tidbit for you today that will, hopefully, give you something to look forward to.
CBS Sports has released the announcer pairings for their first three weeks of NFL coverage this season, and since two of the Vikings’ first three contests will be on CBS we know who will be calling those games. The games will be called by pairings that are pretty high on the CBS “depth chart,” though I’m not sure how much that has to do with the Vikings and how much of it has to do with their opponents.
