Each year around this time, Minnesota Vikings fans are unfortunately reminded of their team’s most infamous postseason collapses. Near the top of that list is the Vikings’ loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the wild-card round of the 2015 playoffs.
During that matchup, it appeared as if Minnesota had a win locked up. But of course, that was until Vikings kicker Blair Walsh missed a go-ahead, 27-yard field goal with less than 30 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.
Since that fateful afternoon, even bringing up Walsh’s name flips the anger switch immediately on for a number of Minnesota fans.
