After defeating (okay, destroying) the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in the NFC Championship, the Atlanta Falcons earned a spot in the Super Bowl for the second time in the franchise’s history. Due to the team competing in this year’s big game, none of the players on their roster will be playing in this season’s Pro Bowl.
One of the Falcons’ players that will not be participating in the NFL’s annual all-star game is outside linebacker Vic Beasley. In his place, Minnesota Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr has been named to the Pro Bowl for the second time in his career.
