The last time kicker Kai Forbath was seen in a Minnesota Vikings uniform was during the team’s preseason matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars last August. Forbath was released by the Vikings shortly after this game and now he has joined the team that was standing on the other sideline that day.
On Friday, the Jaguars announced the signing of the former Minnesota kicker. Forbath is getting another shot in the NFL thanks to Jacksonville kicker Josh Lambo currently dealing with a groin injury.
After getting released by the Vikings in August, Forbath had remained unsigned until joining the Jaguars on Friday.
