EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- If Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is going to play on Saturday at Lambeau Field, he'll have to do so on minimal practice time.
Peterson did not practice for a second straight day on Thursday, sitting out with knee and groin injuries, and his status remains in question as the Vikings prepare to travel to Green Bay on Friday for their Saturday afternoon game with the Packers.
When asked if Peterson would play on Saturday, coach Mike Zimmer said, "I don't know. We'll see." Asked what factors would determine whether the running back will play, Zimmer said, "Well, there's lots of factors.
