MINNEAPOLIS -- As he heads into the final week of the season, preparing to play in a building where he's run for 455 yards in his last three games, Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has a strong chance to finish 2015 with his third NFL rushing title.
Peterson has 1,418 yards heading into Week 17, giving him a 64-yard lead over Tampa Bay's Doug Martin. And while Peterson had a quiet day in November against the Green Bay Packers, carrying just 13 times for 45 yards, he'll likely be a bigger part of the game plan against a Packers team with the league's 21st-ranked run defense.
