During the 2019 offseason, the Minnesota Vikings didn’t make too much noise on the free-agent market. The Vikings didn’t have a ton of money to spend, but they still managed to re-sign Anthony Barr, add a new starting right guard in Josh Kline, and replace Sheldon Richardson with Shamar Stephen.
With Minnesota’s current salary cap situation in terrible shape (more than $10 million over the limit), it’s hard to imagine them landing any of the top players who will be hitting free agency this year. Obviously, this could change though if the Vikings make a few roster moves during the next few weeks to free up some money.
