This year’s NFL coaching carousel has been an entertaining one. After eight head coaches were fired on Black Monday (and several assistants), teams have been dead set on finding the next Sean McVay.
While teams have been fixated on looks, offensive abilities, and having McVay on speed dial, they may lose sight of the one thing that they should be primarily focused on throughout their process; finding the right man for the job.
In the past week, the Minnesota Vikings have been on a roller coaster of their own.
Fortunately, the Vikings were not in a search to find a replacement for head coach Mike Zimmer.
