As the confetti and empty champagne bottles have been cleared off of the floor, we have officially reached the year of 2020. For many of us, we’ll make resolutions that will be ditched in a week and while you’re probably trying to slog out a 20-minute death session on the treadmill as you’re reading this, the main objective we all seek is to simply be a better version of ourselves in the new year.
