A 10th terror suspect is due in court Thursday.
Abdirizak Warsame, 20, is charged with providing material support to terrorists in Iraq and Syria.
He was arrested Wednesday night in Eagan.
The criminal complaint said he was, at one point, the leader of a group of young, Somali-Americans from the Twin Cities who tried to flee the country in April to join ISIS.
