After no deal was made during the 2019 NFL Draft, it appeared that Kyle Rudolph was likely going to remain with the Minnesota Vikings for the upcoming season.
But a recent report has inserted Rudolph’s name right back into the rumor mill. According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport on Friday, the Vikings and their tight end have not been able to agree to an extension and the end result could see him traded elsewhere before the start of the 2019 season.
Sending Rudolph packing before Week 1 seems like a bit of a last resort for Minnesota to clear up some much-needed cap space.
