Oklahoma quarterback Spencer Rattler – who will be a Sophomore – is given the best odds to win the award. Rattler will attempt to follow in the footsteps of Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray who both won Heisman Trophies for the Sooners under prolific play caller Head Coach Lincoln Riley.
Rattler is followed by North Carolina quarterback Sam Howell (+550). Howell is coming off an impressive season, throwing for 3,586 passing yards and 30 scores.
