NFL Free Agency is officially here, and the next few days will feature at least a few Minnesota Vikings rumors. The Vikings have made a several moves early, but they might not be done yet. With that in mind, here are all of the interesting rumors and news tidbits on the Vikings.
Andre Smith Contract Details
The Vikings landed OT Andre Smith Thursday. Smith is taking a fairly cheap contract after a down season in Cincinnati.
OT Andre Smith signed with the #Vikings on a 1-year deal worth $3.5M, source said. With incentives, it can be worth up to $4.5M.

Just $1 million of Smith's deal is guaranteed, in part because there's no guarantee he'll be the starting right tackle. Smith will compete with Phil Loadholt, who restructured his deal to stay in Minnesota. With the addition of Smith, the Vikings have the most expensive offensive line in the NFL.
The one-year deal will act a "prove-it" contract for Smith. If he rebounds this year, he could end up with a larger contract.
Mike Wallace Backtracks On Comments
Earlier this week, former Vikings WR made a comment that many viewed was a shot at QB Teddy Bridgewater.
"When this process started, I knew that I wasn't going back to Minnesota," Wallace told The Baltimore Sun. "I was like, 'I need a good quarterback. I need a quarterback who I know is proven and can get things done. Flacco, he's always been that guy. I've always loved his deep ball. Always."
Wallace took some heat for the comments, and has since told USA Today they weren't intended as a shot at Bridgewater.
"I loved my coaches and teammates in Minnesota. I would never say anything negative about Teddy, that's my guy beyond football,” Wallace said in a series of text messages to USA Today. "I already talked to Teddy. We are A1 ... He's a great young QB. I said that the whole time I was there."
