The Minnesota Vikings have agreed to a four-year, $50 million contract extension with defensive tackle Linval Joseph, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. $31 million is guaranteed.

Joseph is now under contract through the 2022 season, joining cornerback Xavier Rhodes and defensive end Everson Griffen. He has two years remaining on his old deal that holds $6.85 million cap hits each season.
Joseph had 77 tackles with four sacks and three forced fumbles last season.
