Since 2007, the Minnesota Vikings have always depended on Chad Greenway to lead the corps of the linebacker since 2007. He is to stay for this year but he might not do a lot this time.
According to the official website of the team, he is to go through knee surgery come Wednesday. According to head coach Leslie Frazier, Greenway was feeling a lot of tightness on his knee and the entire team thought it would be best for him to have the surgery done the soonest. He is expected to start for the training camp by July 25 right at Winter Park.
The Minnesota Vikings have remaining two days for their current session of the Organized Team Activity plus a mandatory mini camp for three days by next week. That will end the activity until the camp formally gets in the way. Between what is now and then, everyone hopes that all its members will remain active and healthy.
