Fans –
When we started to plan for this contingency last summer, we understood that there would be excitement from our fans and that – with a limited number of tickets available – the presale process would have to be thoughtful. We began putting together communication plans and ultimately settled on a process that would allow fans who wanted to attend games an equal opportunity to get tickets, beginning with our most tenured season ticket members.
We put together the infrastructure to facilitate the sales process and were ensured by SeatGeek that their system could handle the amount of traffic we were expecting and could create a smooth process from login to checkout.
