Thought the whole Johan Venegas thing was behind us? Well, think again, friend.
The Pioneer Press’s Andy Greder is reporting that Johan Venegas threw some serious shade at the Minnesota United front office on Thursday.
Speaking through an interpreter, Venegas straight up said the club isn’t meeting its obligations.
“In (my) contract, (I) was promised certain things that even to this day they haven’t met,” he said.
In the words of United’s Twitter account, “Well now.”
That’s a pretty intense accusation, especially considering this is the guy that just made it back into the 18-man starting roster after being told to “stay away” from practice to cool his head.
