Saturday night was not a good night for Minnesota United as the Loons fell 1-0 to Austin FC and dropped a set of three points at home for the second consecutive week. The visitors scored just 17 minutes into the match and held the lead for the rest of the night, but even coming out for the second half MNUFC didn’t show much gusto.
“Well when you’re not playing with a lot of confidence, it’s difficult. I can’t fault the guys for their effort. I think they’re trying. They want to do well. At the moment, we’ve got to catch a break somewhere, and we’ve got to play better.
