Minnesota United’s Development Academy has released the schedule of matches for its first season competing as part of U.S. Soccer’s Development Academy, currently in its 11th year. The MNUFC Academy is beginning competition with U13 and U14 teams and will compete in the Mid-American Division of the Central Conference with 11 other teams.
The team’s 10-month season kicks off on Saturday, September 9 at the National Sports Center in Blaine with matches against the U13 and U14 teams from Campton United SC. Other schedule highlights include home matches against two other MLS-affiliated programs: Crew SC Academy Wolves (Columbus Crew SC) on Saturday, September 16 and Indiana Fire Academy (Chicago Fire) on Saturday, October 14.
