When Matthew and Lauren St. John touch back down in Minneapolis after their flight from Atlanta, they’ll be returning from representing Minnesota United’s Unified team at the Special Olympics Unified Sports All-Star Match. Just two weeks ago they were competing in the second game of their season against the South Sioux City Unified Team at TCF Bank Stadium.
Prior to that game, the two Unified teams spent the day together checking out the concourse at the Mall of America, riding rollercoasters at Nickelodeon Universe, playing arcade games at GameWorks and enjoying a pre-game meal at Buffalo Wild Wings.
