A few big pieces of news for Minnesota United came out yesterday. One involving forward and Homegrown Player, Patrick Weah. The other involving MNUFC CEO Chris Wright.
Patrick Weah will head from Minnesota United to train with Spanish LaLiga side Real Betis Balompié for two weeks. The specifics of the timeframe or location were not released by the club however. Currently Real Betis are training in Switzerland from July 7th to the 17th. Last season Betis finished 6th place in LaLiga which guaranteed them a spot in the 2021-22 UEFA Europa League group stage.
