Former Loon Jeb Brovsky is getting his chance in the big leagues with the club following his recovery from a knee injury sustained last season in the NASL.
Jeff Rueter of FiftyFive. One first reported on Sunday that the former fan favorite would be training with the club on a trial basis.
Brovsky was one of the most consistent performers for United in their last NASL season before he tore his left ACL in a match against Carolina. Prior to the injury, Jeb started 26 times for the Loons, logging 2,174 minutes along the way.
By all accounts, Brovsky was a great teammate and stand-up guy.
