With Decision Day just a little over a month away, Minnesota United secured a much needed three-point result over visiting FC Cincinnati 2-0 on Saturday night. After taking an early lead on Kei Kamara’s penalty kick goal — his first for MNUFC — in the 13th minute, the Loons sealed the victory with a Kevin Molino goal in the 69th minute shortly after the midfielder came on as a sub. Minnesota looked steady and assured, particularly in the 4-2-3-1 with Molino. They’ll be looking for more of the same against a Nashville SC side that have struggled to score while showing strong defensive chops.
