Today, Governor Mark Dayton issued a proclamation declaring January 11, 2018 #ScarvesUpMN Day.
The announcement comes in conjunction with the launch of Minnesota United's 2018 marketing campaign "Scarves Up Minnesota" with flash mob events that happened at 12 p.m. at locations throughout the Twin Cities and across the state in places like Duluth, St. Cloud and Rochester.
