It’s that time of year again: the state of Minnesota is overwhelmed by having to eat and drink its way through a square mile of dairy-soaked humanity. It’s as close to a bacchanal as a chaste Midwesterner gets, filled with strange delights and curiosities and, most importantly, foods that become part of a person’s story and traditions. With Minnesota United quickly becoming a reflection of its home state, it’s not surprising that you can find every single player in the foods of the Fair. Literally. Every. Player.
