Major League Soccer suspended D.C. United's Jose Guillermo Ortiz one game for simulation after the forward won a decisive penalty against Vancouver on Saturday, one of five bans issued by the league on Tuesday.

Ortiz went down under the slightest contact to earn a penalty on the hour mark, and Lamar Neagle scored the resulting spot kick to give D.C. a 1-0 win.

As a result, Ortiz will miss United's match on Wednesday against Orlando City.
