The Minnesota Twins will be one of the first teams to tell you that anything can happen on a given day at the ballpark. In the past couple of weeks, the Twins have seen a pair of three-homer games from Nelson Cruz as well as a triple play, but it was nothing compared to what happened between a trio of former Twins in Arizona on Saturday night.
Brian Dozier was forced into emergency relief duty late in the game between the Washington Nationals and Arizona Diamondbacks. Along with the novelty of seeing a position player on the mound, the added wrinkle of having former teammate Eduardo Escobar at the plate paved the way for what would happen next.
