When Torii Hunter launched an estimated 426-foot home run into the third deck at Target Field on Saturday, the veteran outfield climbed two Twins all-time record lists.
The right-fielder in his 12th season in Minnesota had his 759th and 760th runs batted in to move ahead of Gary Gaetti into sixth place on the Twins' all-time list as well as his 714th run to move him past Chuck Knoblauch into the seventh spot in team history.
Hunter's homer in the sixth inning helped extend the Twins' lead in a 9-5 win over the Detroit Tigers at Target Field.
