One comes from Pennsylvania, the other from Tennessee.
Otherwise, there's not too much that separates Travis Blankenhorn and Trey Cabbage, a pair of high school third basemen the Twins selected in Tuesday's third and fourth rounds, respectively.
"They are very similar players," Twins scouting director Deron Johnson said at the end of Day 2 of baseball's first-year player draft.
Both have a basketball background, smooth left-handed swings and power potential. Both played shortstop in high school but will move to the hot corner in pro ball.
At 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, Cabbage is an inch taller and five pounds heavier than his counterpart.
