There's a new craze in the Twins' clubhouse, which is rapidly taking on an "Animal House" mentality.
As Mike Pelfrey waited to meet the media after Sunday's sterling outing, he was startled by an air horn blown by a faceless figure hidden behind the clothes in his locker.
Moments later, the burly figure of fellow Twins starter Phil Hughes emerged, laughing along with the rest of the room.
"He got me," Pelfrey said. "It was pretty good."
About 10 minutes later, as Torii Hunter was addressing the media in the opposite corner of the clubhouse, a loud burst of sound came from inside the locker of reliever Casey Fien.
