That's the same number of hits Torii Hunter had through the first 13 at-bats of his Major League career.
Hunter doesn't remember much statistically about the early parts of his career, but he does know it took him awhile to feel comfortable at the big-league level.
"You've just got to give him a grace period," Hunter said. "You get the hype and people are, like, 'Oh, this, that and that.' You can't expect this guy to come up and just hit .900. He has to learn.
