CHICAGO -- Ken "Hawk" Harrelson has seen a lot of major league outfielders as a player, general manager and broadcaster. He thinks Torii Hunter is one of the best.
Without prompting, the iconic White Sox broadcaster recently told the Pioneer Press he believes Hunter should be enshrined at Cooperstown after retiring.
"In my opinion, Torii Hunter is a hall of famer," Harrelson said. "I know one thing: If he doesn't get in, there's going to be a lot of guys that played center field that weren't as good as he was. That's the way I judge things.
