Over the past couple of years, Major League Baseball has done its best to try to make the game more fun. Although there may be a crowd that would like to see baseball do away with multiple pitching changes, $10 beers and other things at the ballpark, one of the things that baseball and the Minnesota Twins have done to add some flavor to the dog days of summer is the annual Players’ Weekend.
For that weekend, teams have worn different colored uniforms and sported nicknames on the back of their jerseys to help show some personality on the field.
