After yet another loss, the Twins have fallen to 7-17 on the year. Minnesota can’t wait for April to be over. Perhaps May will see a turnaround.
Tyler Duffey started for the Twins and lasted 6.1 innings.
His outing did not get off to a good start as he allowed a 3 run home run in the first inning. None of those runs were charged to him as an error by Eduardo Nunez caused the inning to continue.
Duffey recovered and pitched fairly well the rest of the way.
