The Minnesota Twins had to place another one of their young stars on the disabled list Tuesday. Miguel Sano who had been battling a hamstring injury was placed on the 10-day disabled list retroactive to April 28th.
As you may remember, Sano finished 2017 on the disabled list after fouling a ball off of his lower leg. For many, this is becoming a frustrating trend from the young slugger. With most players, we would sort of just shrug our shoulders and think, “nothing ya can do.”
Not with Sano. For what seems forever, Sano’s weight has been a perceived issue.
