SEATTLE -- Right-hander Kohl Stewart, one of the Twins' top pitching prospects, was placed on the seven-day disabled list Thursday at Class A Fort Myers.

The fourth overall pick in the 2013 draft, Stewart was off to a slow start with the Miracle, dropping his first two decisions despite posting a 3.10 earned-run average.
He struck out just two batters Tuesday in Jupiter, Fla., while working 6 1/3 innings and allowing four earned runs. He struck out just five batters in his first start this season, followed by three his second time out.
