Minnesota Twins: Flash of Power Resulting in Wins

Miguel Sano, Kennys Vargas and Brian Dozier have been leading a power surge for the Minnesota Twins lately. This power has resulted in more wins for the team as well as support for the pitching staff.

The Twins have homered in thirteen straight games (including Sano’s homerun tonight). Over the past thirteen games they are 9-4 and are in first place in the Central Division. This upcoming series against Cleveland will decide who takes over first place.

Power hasn’t just come from Sano and Dozier either as every position player on the roster except for Chris Gimenez and Ehire Adrianza (only played in three games) have homered.
