Minnesota Twins burned by Billy Hamilton's speed

CINCINNATI -- And then there was one.

One game left in June, that is, for a Twins team that can't wait to flip the calendar.

Monday night at Great American Ball Park, they dug themselves another early hole, rallied in the middle innings and eventually fell 11-7 to the Cincinnati Reds.

Falling for the third time in four games to start a three-city road trip, the Twins dropped to 10-17 in June. They are now 0-11 on the year when allowing eight runs or more and 2-65 under those circumstances since the start of 2013.

For the second time in his past four outings, Twins right-hander Mike Pelfrey struggled mightily.
