Duffey, Twins slammed by Royals' 5-run 4th

That was enough support for Royals starter Dillon Gee, who turned in his best outing with the Royals -- seven innings of one-run ball with one walk and seven strikeouts.

Twins starter Tyler Duffey retired the first 10 batters he faced before losing his command in the fourth. He left after 3 2/3 innings.

Brian Dozier belted a leadoff homer off Gee, his 27th blast of the season. He has homered in six straight starts against the Royals.
