The Minnesota Twins have placed outfielder Shane Robinson on the family emergency list and have activated fellow outfielder, Aaron Hicks from the disabled list. It’s the second time this season that Robinson has been placed on the family emergency list.
Hicks was placed on the disabled list with a right forearm strain on June 14. Hicks played in six rehab games for Triple-A Rochester and went 7-23. He finished strong though with a pair of three-hit games to end his rehab assignment.
Hicks was hitting .247 before being placed on the disabled list.
