Last year, two young professionals in the Minneapolis –St. Paul area set out to do something great.
While Nik Larson and Matt Bollero had just six weeks to plan, they put on an incredible fundraising event that allowed people in the area to network, but more importantly, it helped youth with severe and persistent mental illness transition from adolescence to adulthood.
Bollero, an employee with the Minnesota Timberwolves, said that while 2014 was a success, he hopes this year’s fundraiser, titled “Bash4Guild” will do even better.
“This year, we started (planning) in December and also have a wonderful host committee – young people who wanted to get involved and give back to the cause,” Bollero said.
