In their last game of the season and on Fan Appreciation Night, the Minnesota Timberwolves put on a show for the packed Target Center crowd and won, 144-109.
Minnesota came out with a little extra pep in their step and overwhelmed the New Orleans Pelicans early, putting up 40 points in the first 12 minutes.
The Timberwolves ended the night shooting 65 percent from the field and put in a season-high 13 3-point field goals.
Five players scored more than 19 points, Karl-Anthony Towns and Gorgui Dieng combined for 25 rebounds, while Tyus Jones and Ricky Rubio teamed up for 22 assists.
