Coming off a thrilling victory in the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup Championship earlier in the week, the Minnesota Lynx and the rest of the league resumed the regular season on Thursday.
Minnesota, one of the hottest teams in the WNBA riding a league-best winning streak entering the new week of the season, opened up a three-game road trip Thursday by facing off against a team on the other end of the standings.
The Lynx began the road trip with a battle against the Dallas Wings, who came into the game at the bottom of the standings with an 11-game losing streak, in an afternoon contest at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas.
