Johnson was selected by the Wolves with the fourth pick in the 2010 NBA Draft. Before the 2012-13 season, Johnson was traded by Minnesota to Phoenix in a three-team trade with the Wolves, Suns and Hornets. In 2013, Johnson signed with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he spent two seasons. In 2015, he signed with the Los Angeles Clippers, where is remains this season.
