The Wolves outscored the Jazz 47-42 in the second half.
That was the good news.
But Minnesota dug itself too big of a hole after Utah outscored the Wolves 32-20 in the second quarter. That led the a 91-82 win over the Wolves, knocking them out of contention for a top-eight seed and a first-round bye for the 2015 Summer League Tournament in Las Vegas.
This was extremely frustrating being that the Wolves allowed just 68 points on Friday night against the Lakers.
There were some positives in the game. Lorenzo Brown came off the bench and his jump shot continues to look good.
