It took arguably the worst defensive performance of the season to force the Timberwolves into a corner where they feel like changes are necessary.
Wolves coach Sam Mitchell came to a realization after Tuesday's 112-100 loss to the Denver Nuggets that his team not only can't shoot three-pointers but also doesn't run well in transition.
That translates to an offensively challenged group, which screams for a different lineup.
